On June 16–17, MASA proudly partnered with DESE to host the 2025–26 First-Year Superintendent Workshop and Dinner at the Gary D. Sharpe Education Center in Jefferson City. More than 50 new school leaders joined us for two days of learning, connection, and preparation for the year ahead. From navigating the first 100 days to understanding expectations and statewide support systems, participants left energized and equipped. We're excited to walk alongside these leaders as they begin their superintendency journey!
